Our Nursery, P1 and P2 pupils get very excited when they know that their reading buddies will be visiting! The buddies read stories to the younger children and encourage them to talk about the story helping develop their understanding and communication. They are positive role models, helping the younger children develop a love of reading and sharing stories.
