Eco schools - Garden tidy up and wildflower planting
10th Jun 2022
Our children have been very busy outside the classroom as well as inside it during our Summer term in St Patrick's.
Recently we tidied up our Eco garden by clearing out our pollinator boxes, weeding and preparing our vegetable allotments and fixing up our bug hotel among many other jobs. We also found time to create a new area for our wildflowers using our gardening tools and nice fresh compost. We hope to attract loads of busy pollinators to our wildflower areas. Please see some pictures of our busy workers below and also keep an eye out for pictures of our eco warriors planting their vegetables soon!
