To continue our theme on recycling, the children have been learning about the positive impact recycling every day waste can have on climate change. With that in mind, they came up with their very own Superheroes using everyday recycled items at school. The children came up with some fantastic ideas and we had a range of recycling Superheroes called Captain Rubbish Man, Fairy Flower Girl, Chloe Cycle, Elisa Earth and Captain Planet to name but a few!
The children have learned alot in our Eco schools work this year and will continue on with this fantastic work when they return to school in September. Until then, I have no doubt they will continue to be Eco warriors at home over the summer holidays passing on their knowledge to family and friends!
